Low Light Classes

You know how to run your gun during daylight hours, now put your skills to the test during low light. This is a two day, 16 hour immersion course in the use of the defensive handgun under low light conditions. In this class shooters will learn various low light shooting techniques for the pistol. Each shooter will be drilled in all aspects of weapons handling and defensive shooting with emphasis on proper technique and real-world application. Students will engage targets out to 25 yards during low light conditions and test their skill with drills and a police style qualification. To ensure an acceptable instructor to student ratio, we have a limit of 12 students per class.

The class sessions will run from 1:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. each day with the last shot fired at 9:00 p.m.

For law enforcement officers, these classes are eligible for TCOLE continuing education credit and we will provide the required documentation. The Hays County Sheriff’s Office provided TCOLE continuing education for its deputies the 2 last years.

For students who have completed a class, we schedule occasional 4-hour low light practice sessions. For more information, please contact us.
